Store terms

These are the terms for buying from the SkellyMC store. We've tried to keep them short and in plain English. If anything's unclear, just ask us.
Who you're buying from
The store is run by SkellyMC. You can reach us at the email on this page.
What you're buying
Everything in the store is a digital item on the SkellyMC Minecraft server: the Celestial rank, which is a monthly subscription, and Cosmic Tokens, which you buy once. It's all cosmetic. It goes to the Minecraft account you name at checkout, and it can't be moved to another account. Items in the store have no cash value and can't be traded or sold for money.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT and any other taxes. The price you see is the price you pay, wherever you live. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
The Celestial subscription
Celestial costs $7.50 a month, VAT included. It renews by itself every month on the day you first bought it, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your order page or the link in your receipt email. When you cancel, you keep Celestial until the end of the month you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part of a month that's already started. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the next few days, and if it still can't be paid, Celestial ends.
Delivery
Your order is delivered automatically, usually within a few seconds of the payment going through, whether you're online or not. If something hasn't shown up within an hour, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Cancelling and refunds
Because everything is delivered straight away, we ask you at checkout to agree to that. When you do, you give up the 14-day right to cancel that normally applies to online purchases in the EU and UK, once your order has been delivered. You can still cancel Celestial for the months after that whenever you like. If your order doesn't arrive, or something else goes wrong on our side, we'll fix it or give you your money back.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank, whatever that order gave is taken back while the dispute is open. If you think we've made a mistake, please email us first. It's usually quicker for everyone.
Keeping what you bought
Cosmic Tokens don't expire, and Celestial lasts for as long as your subscription runs, for as long as SkellyMC is running. We may change or rebalance cosmetics over time. Buying something doesn't put you above the server rules: breaking them can still get you banned, and a ban isn't a reason for a refund. If SkellyMC ever closes for good, we'll give as much notice as we can.
Your data
For each order we keep the Minecraft account it's for, what was bought, the price, and the email address you gave Stripe. We use that to deliver your order, answer your questions and keep the records we're required to keep. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. If you'd like a copy of your data, or want it deleted where the law allows, email us.
