Keep control of your island

Check permission groups before opening your island to visitors. Give someone container access only if you want them to use those containers. Your personal vault is separate from shared island storage.

Use Social to remove or ban an unwanted visitor. Blocking a player also stops direct payments and visits between you. Report harassment rather than relying on a block alone.

Report a problem

  • Say what you clicked or which command you ran.
  • Give the approximate time and the player or island involved.
  • For missing items, include the material, amount and where you expected them to go.
  • For a bad sale, include the quote you saw and whether you pressed Confirm.
  • Add a screenshot if it shows something words do not.

If you find a way to duplicate items or money, stop and report the steps. Repeating it makes the damage harder to undo.

Do not share passwords or one-use staff login links. A staff login link signs in as your account, so keep it out of screenshots and public chat. Staff do not need your Minecraft password to investigate a bug.
