Choose your island rules
Open /is settings. Choose public or private visits, difficulty, natural mobs and phantoms. Purchased spawners have separate controls, so you can keep natural hostile mobs off while running a skeleton farm.
Give people the access they need
Permission groups control building, breaking blocks, harvesting, fighting mobs, using containers and managing settings. Start with the job someone is helping with, then grant the matching permission.
| Player | A sensible starting point |
|---|---|
| Visitor | Look around without building or container access. |
| Farm helper | Harvest access for the work you want them to do. |
| Builder | Building and breaking permissions, plus storage access only if needed. |
| Trusted teammate | The agreed shared permissions, with management kept separate. |
Every island team has room for five players, the owner included. Owners can manage visitors. Other team members need Manage visitors permission. Use /is expel for a visitor and /is kick for a teammate; they are different actions.
What belongs to the team?
Builds, island upgrades and local storage stay with the island. Your wallet, Shards, skills, cosmetics, collections and vaults stay with you. Joining a team does not merge everyone's money into an island bank.
Auto Sell Chests pay the island owner. Agree on how you want to share farm income before feeding a shared farm into one.
Check farm capacity
Use /is entities to see your island's physical entity count. Defaults are 300 mobs within 512 counted entities. Stacked spawner mobs use one physical slot per representative body. See spawner limits for what happens when the island fills up.
Name your island and climb the board
Give your island a name with /is name <name> or the name tag at the top of /is. Names are 3 to 24 letters, numbers and spaces (plus ' & . ! -), no two islands can share one, and anyone with the island settings permission can change it. /is name clear removes it.
The hub board and /is top rank islands by the coins spent on them: island upgrades, biomes, rare spawners and minions. Spending climbs the board, and a reset island starts again from nothing. /baltop still ranks players by coins.
